Northend Networks is currently seeking applications for part time Data Entry Specialists to work from home. Primary duties: Input data by keying in audio files from voicemail, or information from questionnaires. Typing Speed minimum 40 wpm, Must be computer literate. Code and input data into system. Retrieve and share data

DUTIES: Perform data input processing by keying of information, making changes and updates, verifying data, investigating and resolving exceptions, and updating customer contract information. Research and resolve problems and discrepancies through contact with customer via phone and email. Some customers are located overseas so you will need an unlimited VOIP account with voicemail. Print & mail receipt acknowledgements, month-end and quarter-end customer requested reports to our Customer Service Agents by sharing these files.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Typing 75 wpm. Proficiency on a PC in a Windows environment and familiarity with word processing software such as MS Word; Strong organizational skills and a detail orientation required.
